Hawea Hill Top Lodge, a unique and stunning 25-acre property, which sits crested above the candescent lake Hawea, Central Otago’s epitome of dramatic and breath-taking landscapes. The large stone and cedar clad homestead is architecturally crafted to capture both lake and mountain vistas from kitchen, dining and outdoor living areas! A wonderful open-plan living area with state-of-the-art facilities and beautiful stacked stone fireplaces indoors and out. The main room has huge sliding cedar doors that lead out to the lawns and BBQ area. The main homestead comprises of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The upstairs master suite boasts elevated lake and mountain views from the balcony, bedroom and ensuite. A smaller room sits adjacent to the master suite and comprises of two single beds, making it perfect for a family.

Downstairs in the east wing of the main home you will find two additional bedrooms. The first is spacious room with a split king bed. The room opens up onto the north facing lawn with spectacular views to the mountains and lake. The second room comprises of a queen bed and also opens onto the lawn with equally impressive views. Two bathrooms are located downstairs, one very close to the two bedrooms, the other a small walk down the hall towards the main living area.

Outside you will find a spacious lawn, perfect for relaxing on in the summer months or to celebration the ultimate occasion. Step down from the lawn onto the large stone steps to the hot tub, which is perfectly positioned on the ledge of the building platform to offer the most incredible sense of space and tranquillity. The perfect location to relax after a day skiing or an afternoon at the lake.
