How to Create your Perfect Journey
1. Discovery Call
This is where your journey begins. In our one-on-one conversation, I’ll take the time to understand your travel goals, preferences, and unique style. You’ll share what inspires you, the must-haves for your trip, and how you envision your perfect journey. By focusing on what matters most, I’ll ensure every detail is thoughtfully designed around your desires.
2. Travel Design Commitment
With your vision in mind, I begin curating a tailored journey that reflects your preferences and exceeds your expectations. Every detail, from exclusive accommodations to unique experiences, is thoughtfully designed to create a seamless and extraordinary trip. A NZD$250 per adult design fee is required at this time. This investment is credited toward the final cost of your trip, ensuring your planning fee contributes directly to the experiences and arrangements we design together. Terms & Conditions apply."
3. Bespoke Itinerary Creation
This is where your journey takes shape. I create a bespoke, day-by-day itinerary tailored to your preferences, including handpicked accommodations and curated experiences. Your itinerary is provided as a complete plan with a total value, ensuring simplicity. I work within your budget to deliver one total price, with options to upgrade or swap elements. For your accommodation stays, I present alternatives in key locations, such as a boutique lodge or luxury villa, allowing you to choose what best suits your style. We refine the itinerary as needed to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision, offering flexibility and confidence in every detail

4. Booking & Co-Ordination
Once your itinerary is finalised, I take care of all the bookings, accommodation, activities, and transportation, ensuring every detail is confirmed and seamless.
From exclusive stays to curated experiences, everything is handled with precision so you can focus on looking forward to your trip.
5. Seemless Travel Support
As your journey unfolds, I’m available to assist with any changes, last-minute adjustments, or additional requests. Whether it’s a schedule tweak or securing a new experience, I ensure your trip remains seamless and stress-free, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.
Only pay for the holiday you book*
No fees are charged to you in addition for my services. I will also go out of my way to book the ‘additional’ features for you including restaurants and events to make sure we have a seamless trip and one less thing for you to have to worry about.
