Lover of food, wine & luxury travel I have a discerning palate that has always been on the hunt for finding the most luxurious experiences - a desire to fulfil the taste-buds in stunning surroundings is my #1 'go to' for unwinding on a well-deserved holiday.
If not enjoying a glass of pinot in front of a fire, or a glass of rose soaking up the sunshine; it is no surprise to find me hiking the trails of National Parks; cycling through the backroads where English is a second language; or staying in a tent (sometimes not so luxurious) on an African Safari.
With over 25 years of experience within the travel industry and visiting over 75 countries I can add a touch of innovation and inspiration to your travel experience. Always with a focus of bringing you a unique and flawless travel itinerary, individually designed with you in mind.
There is no fee to you for my services and no job too big or too small - Available 24/7 we can make a time suitable to you to discuss your travel plans.
Binge on Travel was born with a desire to bring my personal knowledge and expertise to a wider audience both within New Zealand and overseas. Travelling across New Zealand I work from three bases of Tauranga, Christchurch and Queenstown with the advantage of being digital, my storefront is always open allowing me to work from any location.
I initially started Binge on Travel as a travel blog, however, once starting to write I realised this was not my calling! While I may still write on my own experiences and share these with you, my passion is in designing your perfect escape and managing the details of your journey to make it happen.
The Back Story
Since a teenager I have worked in the travel industry. Living in both New Zealand and the UK, I made travel a huge part of my life; making the most of every available moment to seek out new travel experiences both within New Zealand and around the world.
With over 25 years in retail travel I have successfully owned and operated four retail travel stores. (House of Travel Ferrymead in Christchurch & House of Travel Mount Maunganui, Papamoa & The Crossing in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty); before selling up and moving on to creating Binge on Travel so I could deliver a more personalised one on one service to my customers.
Binge on Travel was created from a love of ‘Food, Wine and Travel’. Something that plays a big part in my own personal travel experiences; And even if food and wine isn’t high up your list, you may have discovered this site through your love of travel. The knowledge that most of us are looking for totally immersive and authentic travel experiences. We want to ‘Escape the Ordinary and live the Extraordinary’ – even just for a day!
